Andrew and I have been working together for the past 18 months as our core management teams needed development and coaching at a professional and personal level. We have developed several successful coaching and training programmes now and Andrew's has made a huge difference to our business. I've been working with Andrew for over 12 months now, both personally (coaching) as well as with my new management team. I really sign onto Andrew's philosophies and strength based leadership development approaches he uses with people and teams. I also sign into his methodologies and principles he uses.
We embarked on an ambitious 9 month programme with Andrew to develop my new team. The objective was to enable us to become a successful high performance team that takes us to number 1 for service for our industry. Through the programme we have learned from Andrew's 'play to our strengths' principles and his people-process methodologies to create the changes we are seeking. Andrew has blended his people-process based expertese, with operational and project management knowhow. We developed a program called Rising Star's. This is a coaching development program tailored for identified key talent in our business. The program is about it enter its forth year. So far we have put through around 20 key executives.
Its focus is designed around developing & supporting key individuals consisting of personality profiling, a strengths based approach, customer relationships and leadership, as well as emotional intelligence.
The feedback has been very good, even from those more skeptical. Many have seen huge benefits both personally, as well as through business improvements, particularly through customer facing leadership.
6 participants so far have been promoted to more strategic roles, as a result of this program and 5 more have been promoted to more senior roles. So that's over 50% rapid improvement in career progression, and a testimorny to accelerated learning.
In terms of Andrew's personal style, the feedback has been that you have been very supportive and understanding both personal and business needs and that you happily find an equilibrium between these outcomes for everybody.
